Dan Hagler
Chief Executive Officer

Dan Hagler is a recognized Financial Instructor, Author, Speaker and Wealth and Tax Planner. Hagler and his professional insights have appeared in various publications, including New Hampshire Union Leader and Business NH Magazine. As a Continuing Education Instructor, Dan has instructed attorneys, accountants, bankers, and financial planners in advanced tax reduction, retirement and estate planning. In addition to sharing his expertise, he is a lifetime learner, achieving the advanced designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER® designation.

Dan is also the creator of a unique process called "The Protected Retirement Process ®". It's a transformative 4 step process to help people avoid the pitfalls and hidden obstacles when it comes to retirement planning. His process is repeatable, predictable and sustainable and its goal is to help people reduce income taxes, to ensure that their investments last throughout retirement and to provide the retirement dream that people envisioned. He also authored a book "Retire Abundantly" which discusses The 4 Pillars of Retirement as well as actual stories of people who did it right and who didn't. In fact, that's what motivated Dan to create his process and to help people who were being taken advantage of by the financial services industry.

Dan has been assisting individuals, families and business owners since 1993 and his retirement seminars have been widely attended. Dan believes it is critical for individuals and businesses to preserve and enhance their current financial resources while preparing for their financial future. His clients take great comfort in his service-oriented approach to helping them identify their priorities and objectives and developing strategies to pursue their unique goals. Dan and his wife, Kristen, enjoy their three daughters, outdoor activities, and time at church in their hometown of Goffstown.

Dan is a warm and gifted communicator who has a passion for helping people think about their wealth from a new perspective….showing them how they can leave a legacy of not just their money, but also of their values and significant influence in their community.


Bonnie Pierce

Joining our team in the spring of 2010, Bonnie is a 15-year veteran in the field of customer and client services. Bonnie is responsible for the day-to-day office operations and administration leadership at our Bedford, NH firm. Some of her responsibilities include new client admissions, account establishment, client communications, asset transfers, claims, distributions, special event planning, preparing and processing paperwork, generating review reports and directly assisting the advisors as chief administrative liaison. A southern New Hampshire native, Bonnie brings a positive and altruistic approach to her profession. Bonnie epitomizes integrity, energy and hard work in every detail of your service needs.

Aside from her career, Bonnie is an accomplished Irish Step dance champion who retired from competition in 2002 to begin sharing her love of dance with others through teaching. Bonnie's other passions include animal advocacy, organic gardening, creative arts, music, exploring the great outdoors and spending quality time with her husband and pets.


Kristen Hagler

A graduate of the University of Vermont, Kristen joined the firm in June 2012 as a member of the client services team. She strives to provide an exemplary level of service to each and every client. Prior to her employment at Granite State Retirement Planning, Inc. Kristen worked in client services at AT&T, as well as a busy chiropractic office, where she was recognized for her sincerity and ability to communicate with clients.

Kristen enjoys organic gardening, cooking, outdoor activities, and is active with her church family. Together with her husband, Dan, they raised and homeschooled their three daughters in Goffstown, NH.


Grace Hagler

Grace is a 2014 graduate of the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, one of the top 5% AACSB-accredited business schools. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, she joined Granite State Retirement Planning, Inc. as their Marketing and Advertising Coordinator and directly assists in Client Services. Grace is responsible for direct marketing, newsletters, promotional events, social media outreach, and many aspects of client services. She has 6 years of customer service and bookkeeping experience working at Shaw's Supermarkets.

In her free time Grace enjoys watching and attending New England Patriots games, traveling, and spending time with her family.
